• We work with trusted fulfilment partners who have locations across Europe and the USA. This means your order will usually ship from within your own region, helping to minimise the chance of import duties or customs charges.

• If you’re based in the EU, or USA: your order is typically fulfilled and shipped domestically or from within a customs union. This means it’s unlikely you’ll face any import duties, though this cannot be guaranteed, as customs policies can vary slightly between regions.

• If you’re ordering from outside these areas: import duties or local taxes may apply. These charges are not included in our prices and remain the responsibility of the customer.

• We’re committed to transparent, hassle-free delivery, and by partnering with fulfilment centres across multiple regions, we aim to keep your experience smooth and cost-effective.

• By law, we declare every item at its full value, so we can’t adjust prices to reduce customs fees.

• If a shipment is refused or import fees aren’t paid, you’ll be responsible for the original shipping charges, any customs fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to SelfKind By Design. These costs will be deducted from your refund. If the return shipping fee is more than the value of your order plus shipping, the package will be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
